Each carpet area rug is made-to-order, which is why all carpet area rug and carpet roll sales are final and non-refundable. However, once you place your order, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm the exact dimensions, carpet product, and color before processing your final order.

Lead Time
Lead times depend on the availability of the carpet and the time to fabricate. Generally, your rug will be ready to ship 1-3 weeks from the order date. You will receive an updated estimated ship date within 2-4 days of your order.

Shipping

Carpet area rugs sized 6' x 9' and smaller arrive via UPS, delivered to your front porch/door Monday-Friday.

Carpet area rugs sized 8x10’ and larger ship common carrier, delivered curbside. The shipper will contact you to schedule a time Monday – Friday.

Your satisfaction is our priority, as we will always do our best to keep you informed of shipment status. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as trucking, production, supplier, or delays caused by an act of God, natural disasters, or government-ordered shutdown.
